Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Doui app. By installing the app, you accept them.

The service

Doui lets you note down tasks, keep routines and write notes, without an account, with data that stays on your device. The essentials are free, and what you wrote stays yours, with or without Doui Premium.

Your content

What you write and the photos you attach belong to you. Since everything stays on your device, you're solely responsible for it: remember to export it before changing phones or deleting the app.

What the app isn't

Doui isn't a backup service or a medical or professional tool. It helps you get organised; it guarantees no result.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app running properly, but it's provided “as is”. We may develop it further or discontinue features; your local data stays on your device in every case.

The unlock

Doui is free; Doui Premium unlocks the remaining features, either with a monthly or yearly subscription or with a single lifetime purchase, paid through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before; you can manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s rules. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple account.
