Lists and routines, no pressure
Your tasks, your morning and evening routines, your notes in one place — all together. Nothing tells you off when you miss a day.
Free · No account · It all stays on your iPhone
The day
Today
Just one list, today's. Tasks with no date surface on their own, a few at a time, so they don't stay stuck at the back of a drawer.
Write it fast
Type three words: the date sets itself. Or dictate, when your hands are busy — recognition happens on the device, your voice never leaves it.
What's coming up
Your day on the home screen and the lock screen. No need to open the app, no extra notification.
YOUR ROUTINES
A routine is just steps, in the order you do them. You tick them off as you go; when it's all done, the card says so in one word. A day with nothing ticked is just a normal day: no broken streak, no red flag, no reminder of what you didn't do.
YOUR NOTES
A gift idea, a door code, the shopping list, what you need to ask again on Monday. You jot it down, you can search for it, and the day it's really something to do, it becomes a task — or it gets filed under one that already exists.
Just for you
No account, no server, no ads. Nothing to create to get started, and nothing to delete to leave.
No account
You open the app and write. There's nothing to create, not even an email address.
Nothing leaves the iPhone
No server, no syncing. Even dictation is recognised on the device.
No streak, no score
No counter for days in a row. Starting again after a week off is just opening the app.
Your backup belongs to you
A file you export whenever you want, and re-import on another iPhone.
FAQ
No, and there isn't one. Doui has no account and no server: your tasks, routines and notes live on your iPhone, and nowhere else.
Nothing. There's no streak to keep, no score, no red flag. A routine you skipped yesterday shows up today exactly like any other.
Yes. Voice recognition happens on the device: the sound never leaves the iPhone. If on-device recognition isn't available, Doui would rather do nothing than send your voice elsewhere.
You can export a backup file whenever you want, and re-import it on another iPhone. Nothing is sent automatically: it's your file, do what you want with it.
Yes, everything is free for now.
Not yet. Doui is an iOS app; an Android version is under consideration.
Methods that already exist — the two-minute rule, time blocking, morning routines — explained without jargon, and what they actually give you on the days that fall apart.
From the same studio
The budget app that turns your spending into a simple ritual. No bank connection, no account, 100% private — just like Doui.
SHALL WE START?

Doui is a local app. It has no account, no server, and sends nothing over the internet. This policy explains what is stored, and where, in line with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Your tasks, lists, routines, notes and settings are stored in a database that lives in the app's private storage, on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to the publisher or to any third party.
There's nothing to create to use Doui: no email address, no password, no username. No profile exists on the publisher's side, because there is no publisher's side.
Dictation uses Apple's voice recognition on the device. The sound doesn't leave the iPhone. If on-device recognition isn't available in your language, the app tells you and records nothing — it never switches to an online service.
Reminders are local notifications, scheduled by your iPhone. No notification server is used, and the publisher has no idea which reminders you've set.
None. No tracker, no analytics SDK, no advertising, no advertising identifier.
You can export a backup file from the app's settings, and re-import it. That file goes wherever you send it (Files, iCloud Drive, an email to yourself): from that point on, it follows the rules of whichever service you chose.
Since nothing is collected, there's nothing for the publisher to hand over, correct or delete. On your device, deleting the app deletes all its data; the app also lets you erase everything from its settings.

These terms govern the use of the Doui app, a personal tool for lists, routines and notes.
Doui lets you write tasks, sort them into lists, run routines and their steps, keep notes, and get local reminders. The app is free; if paid features are introduced, they'll be clearly presented in the app before any purchase.
Everything you write in the app stays yours, and never leaves your device. The publisher has no access to it.
Doui is a personal organisation tool. It doesn't replace medical care, psychological support or treatment, and guarantees no result.
We do our best to keep the app running, without being able to guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features; your data stays exportable from the app.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. For any question: hello@doui.shams-app.ch.
